Spent 3 nights with lows getting into the 20's and the tri-layer walls worked awesome. Other RTT campers I was with had single wall tents and needed buddy gas heaters running all night and had huge condensation issues. I was perfectly fine with my layered walls and a small heating blanket in my sleeping bag. Condensation did build up, but not on the interior of the inner tent liner, so my bedding was never wet.
The liner does add a little bulk to the tent, so it's a little more difficult to close, but worth the trouble.
Installation was a breeze and quality was excellent. I installed these wall on my High Country 55 Tri-Layer tent and wow what a different in warmth was definitely what I was hoping for . Winter camping is at a whole new level now thank FSR for always having the best .
FSR customer support is awesome! Very helpful in helping me select the right product for cold Wisconsin winter nights. Panels arrived quickly and were easy to install.
Tim and the crew helped set my M60 up with the Tri-Layer from the 55'' so we could have that extra layer inside the tent. Great addition making the tent more comfortable and providing that extra barrier from the elements. Great addition and customer service!!
Spring camping in Colorado Rockies can get pretty chilly. We set up our “wall” and they kept us toasty. I would definitely recommend. The only comment I have is that the hooks are a pain to use. We bought small d-rings that made install/removal much easier. Small issue and easily fixed.
