Light on weight, heavy on options.
A light weight trailer is great on it's own, but add the ability to customize it exactly how you want it and you've got camping gold.
Nobody ever said they wanted second best. Our trailers include the Rhino Rack Vortex two-bar 65″ roof rack—letting you mount accessories to your hearts content. Only the very best for you.
The trailer is as advertised. Very solid build, well thought out design. Anxious to the new towers that will accommodate my existing rooftop tent.
I could not be more pleased with my purchase or the service I received from the team at FSR. I ordered the Overland Trailer with the max coupler and trail armor, and will be towing it behind my LC 200 series. I currently own a Ikamper Skicamp Mini that sits well on the 65" bars that come with the trailer and I have room to mount a MT bike rack beside it. I have not taken out on my first trip (planned for May) but have put about 100 miles on the trailer and it tows great, the Max Coupler really makes the trailer feel like an extension of the SUV. From Sale to Delivery the team did not disappoint! Will recommend this product and the company in online circles. Thanks!!!
After searching for a while and finally purchasing the FSR Overlander trailer, I was excited to get it out. I ordered it with the HC80 Premium tent already installed and shipped via FedEx. It holds quite a bit of gear and tows very smoothly behind my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I am able to drive down forestry roads off camber covered in snow up hill and as long as my Jeep will make it, the trailer will follow. I didn't see any change in the capabilities of the Jeep at all. I will probably add the lock and roll hitch soon for added flexibility. The only complaint I have so far is that the doors are on the small side and it would be nice if they were a bit larger. There are some other manufacturers out there with a very similar underlying trailer design that have made the doors bigger. This allows for slides for drawers or fridges, etc. I chose FSR because it is a more basic design that I can modify to my needs. However changing the door design would be a welcome modification. Otherwise I look to make my own modifications and upgrades to make the trailer what I need.
I bought the Overland trailer in 2017 with the RTT. Had it shipped across the country with FedEx(no issues at all). I’ve pulled it with my Jeep for thousands of miles across the U.S., to Moab, Hurricane UT and Colorado. You can pull it down the trails and camp pretty much anywhere your vehicle can take you. The RTT I bought is the M60, which has been AMAZING! Set up and breakdown are easier than you could imagine. I’ll be adding the riser posts this year and purchasing an additional RTT(M80).
Bought this trailer to tow behind my camper to carry bikes, kayaks and SUPs. It tows like a dream and is fairly easy to unhitch and move around campsites. After two months towing it across British Columbia, I can attest that it is well built.
