ReadyLight - Generation 2

Just got out with my readylight for a Four-day camp trip. This was my first use so I can't say anything for the longevity of this light. But for the first trip I'm going to say this was a HUGE success. The light far exceeded my expectations. Actually, I was so impressed with its brightness, ease of use, set up and overall sturdiness of the stand even in about 20 mile an hour wind guests. I just can't say enough good things about it. The area the light covers was so much larger than I thought it would be.
I can't say how long the battery life is good for, but I ran it a couple hours every morning and about an hour or so each night with no loss of brightness. Recharged rapidly in the morning sun for its next use.
I placed the four little lights in the four corners of my 10x10 cook tent and again they far exceeded my expectations, they lite the entire tent for all of my cooking needs. So far, I love this light, for now my propane light days are over. I am leaving on another four-day camp trip in a few days, this time I won't even be taking the propane lights (no need).
I highly recommend buying the readylight- generation 2, I don't think you can go wrong with it.

This light is awesome. Power the night when you need it most. After the night winds down turn it to lower setting for a nice shadow light. The smaller lights are perfect for inside your tent, on your table or walking around so you dont trip. It is an all around light combination. The best part is the solar charging. You dont have to remember if you charged it or not because it will always charge with the sun. Get one, you will enjoy the ease of use and Power the Night.

Opened case and was happy with the storage arrangement. The assembly of the stand was simple and sturdy. Tested the unit in the house and was impressed with the illumination. Immediately saw its potential to be more than a camp accessary, will use it as a shop light and for those honey do paint jobs.

Like the anchor point to secure the stand from wind. After reading the review about the mod to add a security device to the light sounds like a smart addition. Any suggestions on where to make the hole so that the integrity of the case is maintained?

Actually it’s 5 lights in one. Super bright and very functional. I did modify mine by drilling a hole in the plastic molding and clamped thin cable with eyelets to lock to RV while in camp. Keep the honest honest.

The light is very easy to set up and the material is strong. I was getting tons of positive comments on how bright it was and made camp easy to set up at night. If your budget allows buy 2!
