Everything we offer qualifies for FREE shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States. For rooftop tents, we recommend shipping to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift in order to take advantage of 100% FREE shipping. If no loading dock is present or if shipped to a residential location, you will be charged our residential location fee of $150. This simply pays for the delivery driver to physically unload large/bulky items off of the truck. Even if shipped to a residential location, we still pay the actual shipping cost, just not the $150 lift gate fee.

Best tent I’ve had.

I’ve had several tents over the years, and the Aspen lite XL has been the best without a doubt.

It’s lightweight, comfortable, and the sun won’t wake you up. Couple this with FSR’s amazing customer service. There’s no reason to wait. Just buy it. You won’t regret it.

We love our Aspen Lite XL! It's an awesome RTT with high quality materials compared to others on the market. It's so spacious that we think we would have been fine with the standard size. We haven't spent too many nights in it yet but so far it's been very comfortable. I wouldn't go back to my Gazelle after having an Aspen.

Just a heads up for those on the fence like I was between the Lite or the regular Aspen V2. If I could go back pre-purchase, I'd buy the Aspen V2 and buy their awning brackets. Don't underestimate the difficulty in mounting a simple thing like an awning onto your roof rack when you have a tent on top as well. It's not easy! Sure, it's doable, but I'd far rather mount directly to the tent with quick release brackets than have to deal with mounting awning brackets directly to the rack again.

Now the not so nice part and reason for 4 stars not 5. What a pity that they didn't go with an angled steps ladder. Anyone weighing over 150lbs is going to feel it when the climb up and down the ladder which really sucks because there are other much cheaper in price and obviously quality RTTs out there that come with a ladder that has angled steps. Also, the fixed placement of the shoe bags which many others have complained about. Other than that tent rocks.Now FSR just needs to listen to their customers and get a better ladder and make the shoe bag placement optional like the ladder.

I really enjoy this roof top tent, I was on the market for a while doing my research and the biggest selling point for me was the weight - coming in around 100 lbs this had to be the one for me. The inside has so much headspace and the LED light inside is so bright! Overall, the people at FSR really put their research to work and it shows. The only thing I wish was that the shoe bag can be placed accordingly to where I put my ladder which is on the side.
