This website is operated by Freespirit Recreation, located in Springdale, Arkansas, USA. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Freespirit Recreation. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you—the user—conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
2. Products and Orders
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or to discontinue products at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed or shipped. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped within the United States only. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
We have a 10-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be uninstalled, unused, and in original packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 4% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
6. Warranties
2 Year Warranty:
At Freespirit Recreation we manufacture nothing but top of the line, cutting-edge and innovative products, paired with exceptional customer service. As a result, we are excited to announce that we are proudly offering a two-year limited warranty on all our products.
We will handle warranty claims on a case-by-case basis for all purchases made directly from our website GOFSR.COM, our Freespirit Recreation Showroom, or one of our authorized wholesale accounts for 2 years from the date of purchase. Please note that our warranty policy is non-transferable.
GOFSR.COM and Showroom Purchases:
If you would like to discuss the issues you are experiencing, please reach out to customerservice@gofsr.com. Please allow 24 business hours for our team to respond.
Authorized Wholesale Purchases:
If your purchase was made through one of our wholesale accounts such as a dealer or OEM account, please reach out directly to the location of your purchase and request that they submit the warranty request to FSR.
If the wholesale account has been directly notified and they have not responded within 24 business hours, please email us at customerservice@gofsr.com and include the following information:
-Your Name and phone number, name of wholesale account that you purchased through, name of representative you worked with, and a brief description of your correspondence with them.
The Details:
Warranty coverage only applies to manufacturing defects. This coverage is not guaranteed and is solely at our discretion. If the merchandise is found to be defective after adequate proof has been provided, Freespirit Recreation will determine the best solution. Solutions may include but are not limited to repair, replacement, or store credit.
We do not cover issues generated by shipping mishandling, normal wear and tear, (including but not limited to scratches, dents, tears, and any cosmetic degradation) and/or overloading of the tent, trailer, or the combination of the two.
Clearance Items are not covered under warranty.
Any Freespirit Recreation product used for commercial purposes is not covered under warranty.
Freespirit will not, under any circumstance cover any damage to non-Freespirit products used in conjunction with Freespirit products.
Freespirit Recreation is not liable for any injury sustained from use, or misuse of our product(s).
Shipping:
If a warranty claim has been approved, the claim covers the cost of the product alone. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
Issues Outside of the 2 Year Mark:
Replacement Parts and Pieces are available for purchase on our website.

Aircore Mattress Warranty Disclaimer
While we stand behind the quality of our gear, Aircore mattresses are not covered under warranty due to the inherent variables and potential for misuse that fall outside of our control.
These include, but are not limited to:
Improper Use or Handling: Damage caused by overinflation, folding with air inside, or failure to follow proper care may compromise the integrity of the mattress.
Negligence and Physical Damage: Punctures, tears, or other damage resulting from sharp objects, abrasive surfaces, or improper cleaning methods are not considered manufacturer defects.
Atmospheric Pressure Changes: Varying altitudes and temperatures can affect internal air pressure. This may lead to over-expansion or deflation, which are natural reactions to environmental conditions—not product defects.
Incorrect Valve Operation: Failure to fully close the valve, forceful handling, or overtightening can lead to air loss or valve damage.
Excessive Heat Exposure: Direct sunlight, high-temperature environments (such as inside a closed vehicle or inside a closed tent at high temps), or contact with hot surfaces can cause damage to the materials or air chamber.
For these reasons, and to maintain the integrity of our broader warranty policy, Aircore mattresses are excluded from warranty coverage. We encourage all customers to review the included care and use instructions to get the most life out of their mattress.

7. Limitation of Liability
Freespirit Recreation is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Vehicle modifications may alter the performance, safety, or compliance of your vehicle—please consult your vehicle manufacturer and a qualified installer before installation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs—is the property of Freespirit Recreation and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
